Septic System Sale Evaluations

Selling a home is already stressful enough. Adding paper to the process doesn't help. We have developed a way to easily provide an online option septic system time of sale evaluations. Our quick and easy process ensures that everyone involved knows the status of the evaluation and gets the final documents as soon as they are done. Below illustrates an example of a time of sale application.

Submitting the Application

Property owners, Realtors, Contractors etc., Applicants apply online for their event permits. All fields are validated for completeness. Custom fields are added at the request of each individual Health Department.

Multiple Recipients

Because each application is custom we can add as many recipients as needed.

For a Time of Sale application this means that the seller, buyer, Realtor's, Title Company, etc. may all receive notification of the status of the application. When the application has been completed, each email entered will receive notification and a copy of the final documents.

Answering the Questions

Each application is tailored to the individual Health Departments request.

Questions can be Yes or No, Free Text, Multiple Choice - Select 1, or Multiple Choice - Select Multiple.

Questions can also be required or not. If dependent questions are needed, the application can be built so that when something is answered YES or NO, then a new set of questions will be produced

Attachments

Required or not, attachments can be included on any application.

This time of sale application has 2 required attachments (Septic Inspection and Site Drawing). There also is an non-required attachment allowing additional comments.

Attachments may be included in the final documents or not.

Customized Fee Collection

Because every Health Department has their own fee schedules, our customized application services was developed.

While not shown in this image, the application can also include "additional add-on services". If included and selected by the applicant, the add-on services will be shown as a line item on the payment page, application, and final documents

Work Flow Review

Once the application has been submitted, it is time for Health Department review and approval!

In this example, the submitted questions and attachments can be reviewed.

Once the application is approved, it can be moved into the status of complete and the final documents will be sent to all recipients.
