Burn Permits
Big burns in sensitive areas take tracking. Our online option for rural property owners make things easy. Below illustrates some of the features of the Burn Permit process.
Property owners apply online for their Burn Permit. All fields are validated for completeness. Custom fields are added at the request of each individual Health Department.
Each application is tailored to the individual Health Departments request.
Questions can be Yes or No, Free Text, Multiple Choice - Select 1, or Multiple Choice - Select Multiple.
Questions can also be required or not. If dependent questions are needed, the application can be built so that when something is answered YES or NO, then a new set of questions will be produced.
There are times when attachments are needed. For the burn permit, the burn/slash pile photo is required so that the Health Department can see what the planned burn will include.
Once the application has been submitted, it is time for Health Department review and approval!
In this example, the questions submitted by the applicant are reviewed, and the burn/Slash pile photo submitted can be viewed.
After the application has been reviewed, the Health Department can change the status of the document. The final results are instantly sent to the applicant.
